I’m Danni, the owner of Beachcomber Fibre Co. My business is based in Newfoundland and Labrador, where the rocky beaches are an endless source of treasures. After a day at the beach, I always come home with pockets of rocks, sea glass, and other oddities (to my family’s chagrin)!

I learned to knit in my late thirties. Knitting has become more than a hobby for me, and has shifted my relationship to and appreciation of clothing. Combining this with my long-held passion for nature and sustainability, the idea of Beachcomber Fibre Co. washed over me.

So I’ve started off on this journey, to source yarns in need of loving hands to turn them into something meaningful. Let’s see what we can find.
